Current work: Founding Mother, communications producer and author at Maternal Journal – creative journaling to support mental health and wellbeing. Previous work: communications consultant at International Alert, senior communications manager at WaterAid.

Projects: Period Power – creative campaigns to support women and girls rights in Nepal, WaterAid at Glastonbury Festival, and Shape Arts 40th anniversary.
